Almennt
Multis áskilur sér rétt til að breita verðum á verkum en þó aldrei gagnvart viðskiptavini sem þegar hefur pantað verk á ákveðnu verði, það er ætið verðið sem verkið kostar viðskiptavininn. Multis áskilur sér rétt til að hætta að bjóða uppá verk þegar útgáfan sem verkið tilheyrir klárast. Áskilinn er réttur til að staðfesta pantanir símleiðis eða í netpósti á netfangið info@multis.is.
Afhending vöru
Allar vörur fara í afhendingarferli daginn eftir að pöntun á sér stað. Sé varan ekki aðgengileg mun starfsmaður Multis.is hafa samband og tilkynna um áætlaðan afhendingartíma. Öllum pöntunum er dreift af Íslandspósti eða keyrð út af starfsmanni Multis en í þeim tilfellum þar sem þjónusta Íslandspósts er notuð, gilda afhendingar-, ábyrgðar og flutningsskilmálar Íslandspósts um afhendingu vörunnar. Multis ber samkvæmt þessu enga ábyrgð á tjóni sem kann að verða á vöru í flutningi. Verði vara fyrir tjóni frá því að að hún er send frá Multis til viðkomandi er tjónið á ábyrgð kaupanda þó Multis með aðstoð listamanns munu ávalt gera sitt besta til að bæta skaðan með viðgerð á skemmd.
Skilafrestur og endurgreiðsluréttur
Kaupandi hefur 14 daga til að hætta við kaupin, henni sé skilað í góðu lagi. Fresturinn byrjar að líða þegar varan er afhent skráðum viðtakanda. Kvittun fyrir vörukaupunum þarf að fylgja með. Endurgreiðsla er framkvæmd að fullu ef ofangreind skilyrði eru uppfyllt og eftir að varan er móttekin. Flutnings- og póstburðargjöld eru ekki endurgreidd. Vinsamlegast hafið samband við Multis með spurningar.

Vinsamlegast athugið að verð á netinu getur breyst án fyrirvara.
Skattar og gjöld
Öll verð í netversluninni eru með VSK og reikningar eru gefnir út með VSK.
Trúnaður
Seljandi heitir kaupanda fullum trúnaði um allar þær upplýsingar sem kaupandi gefur upp í tengslum við viðskiptin. Upplýsingar verða ekki afhentar þriðja aðila undir neinum kringumstæðum.
Terms and Conditions
General
Multis ehf reserves the right to cancel orders and to change prices on the website although the costumer always will get the object at the prize that was on the website at the moment of purchase. Orders can be confirmed by phone or by e-mail: info@multis.is.
Product delivery
All orders are processed the next working day. If the product is not available or on stock, a service representative will be in contact with you and announce an estimated delivery time. All orders are delivered with Post and their delivery, transportation and insurance terms apply to the delivery. Multis ehf is thereby not responsible for damage during delivery. The buyer is responsible for damage during transportation from Multis to the buyer but the company will always go out of it’s way to compensate by having the work fixed with the assistance of the artist.
Cancellation right / right to return and refund
The buyer has 14 days to cancel a purchase, as long as the object is in good order. The cancellation period starts when the product has been delived to the receiver. The invoice for the product has to be included in the return. Refund is made in full if the above conditions are met and after the product has been returned. Delivery charges are not refunded. Taxes and fees
All prices on the website are including VAT and invoices are issued with VAT.
Confidentiality
The seller holds all information from the buyer in relation to the purchase as confidential. Under no circumstances will information be handed to a third party.
